Accessibility Statement

EF International Advisors, LLC · Last updated July 1, 2026

We want this site and the Situation Room to work for everyone. Here is what we target, what we've actually tested, and where we know the gaps are.

1. Our commitment

EF International Advisors, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") wants the Built for War website and the Situation Room (the "Service") to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

This is a goal we work toward, not a certification. We do not claim full conformance across every page and feature, and we have not engaged an outside accessibility auditor to certify this site. What follows is an honest account of what we've done and where we know we still fall short.

2. What we've done

Site-wide: a "Skip to content" link for keyboard users, visible focus outlines on every interactive element, semantic landmarks and heading structure, a color palette checked for 4.5:1 text contrast, alt text on informative images, decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology, and support for prefers-reduced-motion (our animated visuals pause automatically if your system requests reduced motion).

Forms: every field has a programmatically associated label, and error and status messages are announced to screen readers as they appear (rather than only shown visually).

The Situation Room: sign-in supports a password, a one-time email link, or Google — so signing in never depends solely on remembering or transcribing something. The "thinking" and response states in the coach are announced to screen readers.

Testing: we reviewed the public pages of this site (home, excerpt, plans, Situation Room landing, sign-in/sign-up, legal pages, and cookie preferences) using accessibility-tree inspection, computed color-contrast checks against our design tokens, and manual keyboard-only navigation. We reviewed the signed-in application (the Situation Room coach, and the internal Marketing Studio) by code inspection rather than a live assistive-technology walkthrough. This is not the same as testing with real assistive technology or with users with disabilities, and it will not catch everything.

3. Known limitations

Some parts of the Service embed third-party components we don't control the code of — Cloudflare Turnstile (bot verification), Stripe Checkout and the Stripe billing portal, and Google's sign-in flow. We've chosen providers that publish their own accessibility commitments, but we cannot guarantee their interfaces meet the same standard as the rest of this site.

The Situation Room's internal Marketing Studio (used by our own team to author and schedule content) has had a lighter accessibility pass than the public-facing pages, since it isn't part of the public Service.

4. Ongoing work

Accessibility isn't a one-time project. We periodically re-review this site as we ship changes, and we treat accessibility issues we find (or that you report) as bugs to fix, not backlog items. We do not currently use an outside accessibility consultant or an automated monitoring service; our review is internal.

5. Feedback

If you hit a barrier anywhere on this site or in the Situation Room, tell us. Include the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you can — it helps us reproduce and fix the problem. Contact us at support@efinternationaladvisors.com. We'll do our best to respond promptly and to provide the information or service you need in an alternative way if we can't fix the underlying issue right away.
